How to Personalize Your Tee:
Add this "Personalization Add-On" to your cart along with the shirt you want personalized.
During checkout, use the “Add a Note” section to tell us:
The SKU number of the shirt you want personalized
The name and/or number you would like printed on the back
Example:
SKU: CW2025-01
Name: JORDAN
Number: 23
